Kris Carlsen
brings over 25 years of engineering, product marketing and sales experience
into 2market Group. He has introduced over 20 different software and hardware
products, and has been involved in 5 start-up companies in Silicon Valley.
Mr. Carlsen's technical background leads to a hands-on approach to getting
your message delivered.
As the VP of Sales and Marketing for Newfield Wireless, Mr. Carlsen developed
new product presentations, instigated a broader product family, developed
the first brochures and other collateral materials, designed and implemented
a new web site, started trade show participation, and introduced the products
into key accounts in the US and international markets. Mr. Carlsen has performed
similar functions as the VP of Sales and Marketing for MediaCloud, as the
President of mediabank, and as the Director of Sales and Marketing for Diablo
Research Corporation.
Mr. Carlsen has been heavily involved in wireless technologies, codecs
/ Digital Rights Management (DRM), consumer electronics products, home and
office automation products, and Computer-Aided Engineering (CAE) tools. He
has been a contributor to the Consumer Electronics Bus (CEBus), Echelon LONWorks,
and VESA Home Networking (now 1394b) standards. |

Ronald Rugel brings more
than 23 years of experience from Hewlett-Packard Co., mostly from a custom
product development division. This division functioned as a small, independent
start-up company within HP. During this time, Ron had responsibilities in
all functional areas including sales, business development, marketing, product
definition, engineering, design, R&D, manufacturing, program management,
and finance. He also brings key skills needed for a start-up including staff
management, business process management, marketing alliances, business and
marketing planning, and training. Ron was responsible for the custom design,
installation, and support of the first commercial implementation of gas plasma
displays for the floor of the New York Stock Exchange. Ron has also developed
and implemented marketing and product support plans for several startup and
small companies. |
